Mentor and mentoring scheme

From the first day of school, students will be assigned a mentor who will follow them closely throughout the school year. Each class has two mentors and the students in the class are divided between these two mentors. The mentor will follow up with the student with performance reviews, help with applications, and inform them about rights, duties, and opportunities. In addition, the mentor is a good conversation partner and can help with a lot or a little throughout the school year.
