Stockholm 2024

Chemistry teachers Randi and Monica participated in the Nordic Chemistry Learning Conference (NCL2024), which was held in Stockholm on 23–24 September 2024. The event took place at the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences and the House of Science. Under the theme "Chemistry teaching in a changing world", the conference aimed to inspire teachers and provide insight into current research and future developments in chemistry and chemistry education. Participants explored how teaching practices vary between the Nordic countries and discussed how chemistry education can contribute to a sustainable transition away from fossil-based products. The conference provided valuable academic input and new perspectives on teaching chemistry in a rapidly changing world.
