POLICE - "Promoting Citizenship and building Inclusive Societies"

“Promoting Citizenship and building Inclusive Societies” (POLIS ) is led by a school in Italy and Metis will be a partner together with four other schools from Greece, Malta, Turkey and Lithuania. This project involves student mobility (four students and two teachers). The idea is that each partner school will travel five times, each time with a new group of students and teachers.

The project includes the following six themes:

  • Inclusion and diversity, human rights – led by Malta

  • Digital citizenship and critical thinking, ability to understand and defend against fake news online – led by Lithuania

  • Sustainable citizenship and respect for the environment – led by Norway (Metis)

  • Promoting peace, tolerance and respect – led by Turkey

  • The importance of youth representation in decision-making processes and stakeholders – led by Greece

  • Shared rules within the school to improve the school environment – led by Italy
