Visma InSchool - introduction

With Visma InSchool you can

  • view important information, such as your schedule

  • see your absences, your notes and grades

  • submit digital applications

  • carry out subject selection

  • perform many other actions. 

Top menu

  • Visma InSchool: Redirects you back to the home page.

  • Search the page: Search field to navigate you to the desired page.

  • Help icon: Here you will find three tabs ( News, Help and possibly eLearning (optional)

    • In the News tab, you will see system messages that we post with WalkMe, such as if there is going to be downtime in the system and it is relevant to your user.

    • The Help tab is a guide to help you navigate the system. These guides can be useful during the school year. You can also find the introductory video here. 

    • The eLearning tab will display eLearning videos if available. Currently, it is only eLearning for teachers.

  • Letter icon: Your internal messages with teachers and students.

  • Notification bell icon: Here you will find important information about the system. Keep an eye on your system messages.

  • Your name: Contains menus to access your profile, change language, or log out.
