Day 1, Welcome concert at the host school. The students from Putinu Gimnazija performed traditional songs and dances. After the concert, it was time for student presentations. Malta started with their presentation on “cyberbullying”, before Lithuania spoke about “cybersecurity”. The day ended with a party at the host school. A large group of musicians played traditional folk music Tarskutis, and all students and teachers were invited to the dance floor. After the dance, there was dinner, all kinds of Lithuanian dishes prepared by the parents of the Lithuanian students.

Day 2, Metis students presented their topic “Critical Thinking”. After the presentation, Metis students invited the other students to participate in a workshop related to the topic. Italy was the last country to present its topic “How to recognize and defend against fake news online”. The day ended with a visit to the Museum of Ethnography, Alytus Municipal Center, the Statue of Liberty and a nice walk to the White Rose Bridge.

Day 3, Excursion to Vilnius, an hour's drive from Akytus. On the way they stopped at the historic Trakai Castle and in Vilnius they got to see the entire city in panoramic view from Gediminas' Tower, before visiting the Money Museum. The students then participated in a photo safari.

Day 4, Lecture by security expert Tomas Ceponis. He talked about all the different threats we face every day from visible and invisible enemies, before the student groups tried to analyze the use of social media in relation to the main theme of the project.

Both students and teachers had a wonderful trip to Alytus, Lithuania. They were very impressed with the program and activities organized by the Lithuanian host school. They learned a lot about Lithuanian history and traditions. The Metis students loved that the other countries stayed in the same hotel as them; they could get to know each other even better and socialize more.

Everyone was very happy with their stay in Alytus, Lithuania.
